As a licensed clinical psychologist since 2008, my approach is practical and holistic - based on a blend of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and research-supported mind-body techniques.


While talk therapy can be very effective, sometimes a more integrative approach can yield better outcomes. By incorporating traditional psychology, neuroscience, applied psychophysiology and complementary methods, I draw from multiple approaches to tailor an individualized treatment plan customized to address your specific needs and personal goals.
